About Parimatch

Parimatch has been in the betting industry since 1994. Indian players get a sportsbook, live casino, slots and instant games in one account, held in rupees with an optional crypto wallet in USDT and USDC.

The service is operated by Castianes B.V., licensed in Curaçao under licence OGL/2024/1329/0629 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, registered at Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. “Don” Martina 31, Willemstad, Curaçao, company registration number 159965. Online betting is regulated differently from territory to territory, and you are responsible for confirming that our services are lawful where you live.

Registration and Account Rules

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Age is confirmed at signup and rechecked during verification.

• One account per person, per household and per device;
• all details must be accurate and your own, and payouts go only to instruments in your name;
• you are responsible for your password and for everything done on the account;
• we may request your Aadhaar or PAN, plus a bank statement or utility bill no older than three months;
• above USD 100 we also ask for a colour ID photo and both sides of your card.

You can bet before verification finishes, but withdrawals wait until your identity is confirmed.

Placing, Settling and Voiding Bets

A bet counts as placed when it appears in your betting history with a confirmation. Until then it has not been accepted.

Markets settle on the official result published by the competition organiser. Bets are void and stakes returned when an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the window in the market rules, or offered with an obvious pricing error. A malfunction voids the affected rounds. The maximum payout on a single bet is the equivalent of USD 1,000,000.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Rupee deposits start at ₹300 via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe, and at 10 USDT or USDC in crypto, with no commission either way. A failed deposit returns to its source, usually within 90 minutes on UPI and 10 minutes on crypto.

Withdrawals are accepted around the clock and paid within three working days. Before a payout is released you need to have turned over 100% of your rupee deposits, or 70% of crypto deposits. Personal limits may apply to individual accounts, and where deposits are cycled without genuine play we may charge up to 10%, capped at ₹10,000 per transaction.

An account with no activity for 12 months becomes inactive. We notify you first, after which a monthly administrative fee may be charged on a positive balance until it reaches zero. Support can reactivate it.

Bonuses and Promotions: General Terms

Each offer carries its own rules, which apply alongside this agreement. One welcome bonus is available per player and per account.

Wagering runs from x16 to x50, with validity windows of three to five days and a cap on withdrawable bonus winnings. Bonus funds must be wagered in the product section the offer names. We may vary or withdraw a promotion, and where an offer is used for arbitrage or other abuse, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled.

Player Obligations and Prohibited Actions

Use our services for personal entertainment, with your own money, and keep play inside limits you can afford. Responsible gambling tools sit in your account at any time.

The following are prohibited:

• opening more than one account, or acting for another person;
• bots, scripts or software that interferes with normal play;
• collusion between accounts, or exploiting a pricing or software error;
• funding an account with money that is not lawfully yours;
• abusive or threatening conduct towards our staff.

A breach can lead to suspension, closure and forfeiture of winnings gained through it. Confirmed suspicious activity is reported to the financial intelligence authorities of Curaçao, as our licence requires. Our software, odds feeds and the Parimatch marks stay our property.

Liability, Force Majeure and Dispute Resolution

Our services are provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by your device, connection or software, by a payment provider, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If something goes wrong, contact [email protected] or the 24/7 live chat within 10 days of the event. Most cases close in a few working days, and you will have a final answer within 30 days. Unresolved matters go to Curaçao Gaming Control Board, which handles player disputes in Curaçao. This agreement is governed by the law of Curaçao.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We revise these terms as products, payment options and regulatory duties change. The current version sits on this page, dated at the top, and material changes are announced on the site or by email. Using the account afterwards means you accept the new version.
