Full Moon Beach Meditation
Join us on the beach for the full moon of June 2018 to connect with a conscious community of Mindful Movers.
Come down and settle in at Point any time from 5:30pm onwards. We will start the meditation session at 5:50pm to make the most of last light before La Luna graces us with her presence.
A Full Moon is the Sun opposite the Moon which highlights the opposing forces in your life. These can include your ego versus emotions, your work versus home, or what you need to do versus what you feel like doing.
Subconscious awareness allows for an objective and balanced look at your close personal relationships. Being in touch with your own needs and intentions, you can clearly see any relationship imbalances causing disharmony.
Please bring something comfortable to sit/lay on, a blanket to keep you warm, (towel/yoga mat/blanket/or even a chair to sit on) & a pillow or 2 if you want to get really comfy. The contribution for the evening is 200 rupees and kids can sit for free (& are encouraged to come to help plant the seed of awareness at a young age).
Meditation is a wonderful & practical tool to help you reconnect with your true divine self. It can help reduce stress, improve your health.
This practice is for all levels of meditators, from the ‘I don’t even know how to meditate’ to the experienced meditators.
