Who should take Brain Gym 101?

Anyone looking for new ways to help themselves, their family members or their clientele:

Course Content :

 Presentation and practice of the 26 Brain Gym® activities and their role in terms of dailyfunctionality. �

 Functional aspectsof the brain and how stressaffects development, emotions and learning. �

 Understanding body language as well as developing noticing skills and self‐awareness with movement activities specifically related to the three dimensions of learning. �

 Demonstration andPractice of the Balance Process to help us remain centered in our daily lives by using the Brain Gym activities as well as other techniques to support our friends, family members, students or clientele whether individually or in a group setting. �

This 24 hour course is the first step toward Brain Gym licensure.
