If an event that is booked by the customer gets cancelled, then the customer is entitled to a full refund, which will take a minimum of one to three weeks to be processed and returned.
However, in case an event is cancelled with the malicious intent to defraud the customer, EventStreet shall not be held liable for any cancellations or refunds and there shall be no guarantee of refunds in that case.
EventStreet shall not be accountable if there are extra costs incurred as a result of organizing the events.
In case a customer decides to cancel his event tickets, EventStreet shall try to get the said customer a refund by coordinating with the organizers. But the decision to provide refund resides with the organizers and their decision shall be the final one.
